Fit4Life Youth Run & Athletic Conditioning Class
Spring Session will be on Tuesdays
Ages 9 & under 5:15-6:00pm
Ages 10 & older 6:00-6:45pm


Geared towards girls & boys (ages 7-12) to learn proper form, enhance cardiovascular strength & stamina, and improve overall conditioning in a fun & challenging environment!  Life Skills will be covered such as organizational, goal setting, healthy nutrition, overcoming obstacles, etc

Date: March 5-June 4
Schedule: Tuesdays 5:15-6:00pm or 6:00-6:45pm
Location: Classes will take place at Huntersville Athletic Park (Verhoeff Dr - across from HFFA)

Run Advancement with Optional Yoga
All levels will improve running form & cardiovascular health while achieving faster running times; Yoga fusion will help prevent injury & overall flexibility!

When & Where:
Mondays 5:30-6:30pm; 6:30-7pm Yoga Fusion at Huntersville Athletic Park (weather permitting)

Fee: $15 per session; $20 to add on Yoga Fusion for last 30 min on Mondays
