Personal Training

UpGrade Trainers offer a variety of Personal Training Options.  Training sessions typically include strength, cardio & flexibility.  
 
Options for training sessions may include:
1. swim (in pool for technique and on land with the swim strength ergometer)
2. computrainer (indoor cycling) - working on speed, stamina and pedal stroke efficiency
3. running (form analysis and speed)
4. strength, core, flexibility, balance and agility

Sessions vary in length (40-90 minutes) with training fees between $50-100.
