Focus on: Run with Core, Balance & Flexibility
Spring Session will be on Tuesdays beginning March 5-June 4
5:15-6:00pm: Ages 9 & under
6:00-6:45pm: Ages 10-12
Geared towards girls & boys (ages 7-12) to learn proper form, enhance overall strength, balance and flexibility in a fun & challenging environment! Life Skills will be covered such as organizational, goal setting, healthy nutrition, overcoming obstacles, etc
Date: March 5-June 4
Schedule: Tuesdays (5:15pm & 6:00pm)
Location: Classes will take place at 1Huntersville Athletic Park on Verhoeff
