Coaches & Personal Trainers

UpGrade Lifestyle is comprised of a wellness director, lifestyle & weight management specialist, personal fitness trainer and multi-sport coaches. The staff takes pride in creating healthy, balanced lifestyle programs and providing a high level of quality coaching in strength training, swimming, cycling and running to achieve optimal results.

UpGrade clients are trained to succeed in weight loss, reduce cholesterol, lower high blood pressure, improve blood sugar levels, reduce body fat, enhance cardiovascular health, and elevate metabolisms. Achievements include conquering the 5K through marathon distance, various distances of open water swim, sprint through Ironman distance triathlons. Teenage athletes have improved technique, speed and overall strength to be recruited by the top colleges in the country. Adult athletes have completed Escape to Alcatraz open water swim, qualified for the Boston Marathon, earned USAT All-American status and Ironman All World Athlete Gold, Silver and Bronze levels.

UpGrade Lifestyle plans have made a tremendous impact on the lives of many in our community. Monthly plans are custom designed fitness training along with personal training sessions, physical assessments and healthy, balanced nutrition guidelines approved by our Lifestyle & Weight Management Specialist, Sarah Hart. Designed for those seeking guidance in achieving a healthy balance. Program includes monthly fitness plan, nutrition guidelines and weekly check-ins.

Sessions include strength, core, flexibility, balance and cardiovascular fitness for optimal results. Sessions may be customized to sport specific training: swim, bike, run.

Geared towards improving overall fitness levels & swim segment times in triathlons. Individual and Group sessions located at Huntersville Family Fitness & Aquatics (HFFA).

Designed for those who are seeking guidance with a custom-designed training schedule while training for and participating in specific events to maximize athletic performance.
